Three Decades of Experience
Founded for more than 35 years ago by António Gomes, Reclalgarve started its activity of producing luminous signs in a small locksmith workshop. The founder, only 17 years old, started his career in advertising as a designer in two of the oldest companies in this sector in Portugal. In 1989 he created Reclalgarve, where he dedicated himself mainly to the manufacture and assembly of illuminated signs and technical assistance. Years later, the company introduced new equipment hiring specialized professionals, which leveraged the business for the areas of cutting acrylics, plastics, metals and digital printing.
In 2017, António Gomes transfered the command of the company to his two twin daughters, Joana Gomes and Rita Gomes, with distinct but precious professional paths to continue the work developed until then. Joana Gomes, graduated in Architecture by the Architecture College of the Lisbon Technical University, embraced this project in 2012 when she returned from Lisbon where she began her career in several areas. Rita Gomes, graduated in Financial Management by E.S.G.H.T. College of the Algarve University, was a bank manager for 16 years and joined the project in 2017.
Reclalgarve had a sustained growth over the years and today has a warehouse and office based in Faro, with employees specialized in the various technical departments, that go from graphic design, the manufacture of the designed and developed products and their respective assembly. Today it is a reference in its area of expertise in the South region, and partner with advertising companies based in other regions of Portugal.
